38 year old woman with a history of ulcerative colitis who develops shortness of breath with waxing and waning pulmonary nodules.

Mesalamine-induced mycarditis:
67 yo M with chronic diarrhea diagnosed with Crohn’s disease started on mesalamine

Fistulizing Perianal Crohn’s Disease:
29 yo woman with h/o hemorrhoids and occasional bloating and gas develops changing bowel habits, develops perianal abscess, fistula.
Clinical Vigentte:
Stanford, Dr. Grant Barber
IBD and transgender patients:
27 year old transgender woman (male->female) found to have incidental colitis during routine pre-operative colonoscopy for intestinal vaginoplasty. Should surgical team proceed with intestinal vaginoplasty, await further diagnostics and/or therapeutics, or not proceed with surgery.

60 yo woman with Crohn's presented to hospital with skin ulceration and irritation. Notes no change in GI symptoms, no increased output form stoma, no increase in rectal discharge.
