37 y/o woman with h/o primary sclerosing cholangitis and Crohn's colitis with perianal disease refractory to medical therapy

Mesalamine Hypersensitivity:
29 y/o male with chronic moderately active colitis with worsening symptoms after starting mesalamine.

Abscess:
43M with longstanding Crohn’s colitis primarily involving the distal colon complicated by a severe anorectal stricture and fistula with recurrent large abscess requiring multiple I&Ds and drains.

Vedolizumab in Crohn's Colitis:
44M with mild Crohn’s colitis started on vedolizumab with multiple subsequent hospitalizations in the following year.

Main Case:
Oregon Health & Science University, Dr. Ashley Thompson

Differential Diagnosis:
79 year old female with history of HTN, HFpEF, recurrent C Diff colitis presenting with 2 year history of episodic vs relapsing and remitting pattern of severe malabsorptive diarrhea necessitating hospitalization with work up revealing gastritis with a few granulomas, and ulcerative enteritis with acute and chronic inflammation which improved with steroids.

78 yo F w/ PMH of HTN, HLD, DM, OSA, recurrent UTIs, rectal prolapse s/p surgical repair, chronic constipation with intermittent rectal bleeding, constipation and diarrhea and previously found to have proctitis 12/2020 and was deemed to have UC
