Pyoderma Gangrenosum:
43 yo M with UC diagnosed in 2005 with pancolonic involvement hospitalized in March 2022 for severe diarrhea and perianal pain, pyoderma gangrenosum develops at base of scrotum

Eosinophilic Gastroenteritis:
48 yo male with h/o allergic rhinitis, eczema, ulcerative colitis admitted to OSH with 2 months of abdominal pain, severe watery diarrhea (10-15x/day), peripheral eosinophilia and pre-renal oliguric AKI from dehydration

60 YO with interstitial cystitis with long-term use of pentosan polysulfate and ulcerative pancolitis (dx 2016) presents to discuss chromoendoscopy after recent colonoscopy notable for multifocal low-grade dysplasia completed by community hospital.
