Eosinophilic Gastroenteritis:
48 yo male with h/o allergic rhinitis, eczema, ulcerative colitis admitted to OSH with 2 months of abdominal pain, severe watery diarrhea (10-15x/day), peripheral eosinophilia and pre-renal oliguric AKI from dehydration
Clinical Vignette:

Pentosan Polysulfate:
60 YO with interstitial cystitis with long-term use of pentosan polysulfate and ulcerative pancolitis (dx 2016) presents to discuss chromoendoscopy after recent colonoscopy notable for multifocal low-grade dysplasia completed by community hospital.

21-year-old G5P3 34-week pregnant female with history of ileal Crohn's disease with perianal disease off therapy presents with rectal pain with bowel movements and perianal drainage.

Concomitant Infections:
63-year old man with IBD-U presenting with acute severe colitis, severe pyodermic gangrenosium and a paraspinal abscess.

25 year-old male with stricturing/penetrating Crohn's disease who transferred care from pediatric gastroenterology on anti-MAP therapy.

Toxic Megacolon:
Toxic megacolon due to secukinumab with subsequent persistent anastomotic leak

Main Case:
University of Arizona, Dr. Jonathan Wong
Very Early Onset IBD:
3 y/o M found to have pancolitis. Failed medical management and underwent colectomy with diverting ileostomy for persistent symptoms. Clinically improved post-surgery and underwent staged j-pouch construction and re-anastomosis. Approximately 2 years after initial presentation patient reported to have stool incontinence and abdominal pain. Found to have marked acute inflammation consistent with pouchitis.

Penetrating Crohn's Disease:
21 yo male with h/o Crohn's ileitis dx'd in 10/2021 presenting with 11 cm terminal ileitis and associated fistulous complex to appendix, cecum, and bladder.

50 year-old status-post emergent subtotal colectomy for medically refractory ulcerative colitis now desires ileorectal anastomosis

Extraintestinal Manifestations of IBD:
58 year old man who presented with painless vision loss in the right eye. Found to have bilateral optic disc edema, right eye optic atrophy, and vitreous inflammation, along with MRI brain with two enhancing lesions and leptomeningeal enhancement. Subsequent work-up included positive FIT that led to a colonoscopy with findings suggestive of Chron's
